Six Types of Personnel Prohibited from Guarding Service

    The passive type. This type of personnel lacks innovative mindset and active attitude. They tend to suffice of the reality and become helpless when confronted with difficulties. When carrying out tasks, they aim only to meet but often fail to reach the minimum requirements. 
   
The selfish type. This type of personnel thinks about their own interests only and do not care about the team. They are satisfied so long as they have enough to eat and drink and are ready to abandon the colleagues for their own good. 
   
The talky type. This type of personnel talks much and does little. They are fond of pleasing the crowd by talking good and are good at finding out the personal likes and dislikes of the superiors. At work, they come up with “face projects” just for winning awards and honors. 
   
The autocratic type. This type of personnel centers on themselves and cannot take others’ advice. They follow their own decisions and disregard the collective thinking. They don’t want to team with the colleagues and tend to be rude to the team. 
   
The ganging type. This type of personnel is able to “unite” a portion of the team at the sacrifice of the principles and policies. They tend to be subjective and disregard the rules and procedures and cause the formation of various gangs within the team. They are the main factor obstructing healthy team development. 
    The law-illiterate type. This type of personnel tend to disregard laws and regulations. They don’t control their words and deeds by laws, regulations and disciplines and tend to go beyond the line.
